The Waterproof Blended Malt Scotch Whisky presents itself as a sherry-influenced blend of malts from various first-class distilleries, bottled with a strength of 45.8% ABV. Its name and design are inspired by the concepts of “water” and “strength” (Proof), as well as Charles Macintosh, the Scottish inventor of the indispensable raincoat. This whisky combines the essence of Scottish weather and craftsmanship in whisky making.

Tasting Notes
This whisky is characterised by an excellent flavour that is considered an instant classic.
Nose: Its nose is characterized by warm, rolled oatmeal, seaweed, toffee cream and honey-soaked walnuts. The nose is full of grain character, red fruit and cocoa, light fruitcake with cherries and sultanas
Palate: On the palate there are rich touches of char bitterness, balanced by sweet cherry and sticky raisin. Soft and balanced, with notes of citrus, dried apricots and minerals.
Finish: Warm, with an opulent finish. The finish brings brown sugar, cinnamon heat and lingering malt loaf.
